The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
We send all parcels out by recorded first class mail within UK or airmail outside UK. Royal Mail aim to deliver more than 90% of First Class letters by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. Please choose Special Delivery for guaranteed next working day delivery if this is a concern. For large orders we may utilize a courier for you order. In all cases a signature will be required so that we can track the delivery of your item.
Purchase total < £200.00 - £5.50 standard signed for delivery or £9.00 for guaranteed overnight delivery
Purchase total > £200.00 - £10.00 standard signed for delivery or £15.00 for guaranteed overnight delivery £20.00 for same day courier delivery within London only
Overseas and Non-mainland UK - postage is charged at cost
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
If you are lucky, the goods may be delivered by in advance of the quoted delivery date.
